At the 2019 AGM (Islington Town Hall, 26th November 2019), shareholders of Day Flats Residents Ltd voted to devolve the freeholds of the 17 blocks to 17 new companies.
Volunteer directors successfully planned this devolution project in consultation with lawyers, accountants, shareholders, and leaseholders.
The freehold transfers were completed in an equitable and cost-effective manner for all stakeholders. The final part of this plan, now underway, is the dissolution of Day Flats Residents Ltd.
